leisure with Justin O'Brien's experience as the leisure team director
for an AJ100 leisure practice for over 10 years. Justin has worked
on leisure projects from numerous small squash court conversions
and spa facilities through large fitness suite projects to £10
million new build leisure pools and leisure centres, located throughout
the length and breadth of the country.
Justin has worked closely with DC leisure, Serco, SLM, Parkwood, Pendle Leisure Trust, Nottingham, Manchester, Eastbourne and other Local Authorities and Leisure operators too numerous to list. Justin has won numerous design competitions and steered successful bids for many operators and contractors.
The commercial edge that we can bring to a project combined with our love of design and grasp of brands / interior design can very often be the crucial difference in a scheme - lifting it above being just another leisure centre to being a destination in itself.
Apart from our interior design skills we fully understand the complexity of leisure and the importance of specification in these very demanding environments from non slip but easy to clean tile specifications to using the correct ceiling grid in a chlorine atmosphere pool side area.
