Edge Architects is launched October 2007.
Edge is a newly formed specialist Architectural
Practice, located overlooking Alderley Edge and targeted particularly
on residential, retail and leisure projects.
The founding directors Peter Kelly and Justin O'Brien
are unusually experienced in both the commercial world and high
end Architectural design. Peter owns a number of retail outlets
and created the Lilly Whittingham brand. Justin was the design
director of an AJ100 firm of commercial Architects, immediate
past President of the MSA and has particular in depth experience
of the leisure & residential sector.
Edge is profoundly aware of the environment and
sustainable design and as such is one of the first Architectural
Practices registered as a Carbon Neutral Company.
Edge is soon to be strengthened by Paul Hazlehurst
a very experienced Landscape Architect and is soon to also benefit
from another two members of staff, one an experienced surveyor
and qualified technician and the other a student with exceptional
skills in 3D design to form a very lean and efficient team.
The launch party will be finalised soon to be held
on the top floor of No 1 Spinningfields Manchester. Watch this
